Produce Alliance releases foodservice video series

The Nashville, Tenn.-based produce management, consulting and procurement company’s videos were designed to provide alliance members, distributors and partners opportunities to collaborate on menu ideas as well as review new items, according to a news release.
The first episode features Produce Alliance corporate chef Stephanie Goldfarb as she demonstrates four different and easy applications for onions.
Goldfarb is a Chicago-based chef and national food television personality specializing in seasonal and globally-inspired cuisine.
She delivers new and relatable culinary experiences to discriminating and casual diners and is the winner of Food Network’s America’s Best Cook competition and is a Kitchen Inferno & Food Fighters celebrity chef, according to the release.
“Produce Alliance is proud to cater to chef-driven concepts with our new video series,” Goldfarb said in the release. “Some installments might feature new ways to use a common ingredient, and others will highlight exciting new produce yet to appear on some menus. … I am excited to collaborate with Produce Alliance members, distributors, and partners not only in shining a spotlight on amazing produce applications, but also in helping chefs get the most out of the ingredients they already work with.”
